I'm going to let you into a little secret...

You don’t need to create new content every time you post - and not only that, you can use the same post in multiple different ways!

If you've done a reel that shared a number of facts or top tips, why not turn it into a carousel
(a multiple image post) or a guide?

Or pick out a key quote from an old post, and create a quote image in Canva.

However you repurpose it, you can use it with the same caption as your old post, and save yourself hours trying to think of something new to say!

Use some of your planning time to look at your insights and ask yourself the questions in the post.

They'll help you quickly see what’s already resonating with your followers, so you can stop overthinking what to post next and just do more of what’s already working for you.

Worried people will get bored of the same content?

Don't be!

You are getting new followers all the time, who won't have seen this content before.

And I promise you, social media is so fast paced, not even your long term followers will remember what you posted a few months ago ⚡💜

Knowing boundaries are important and actually being able to set and keep them are two very different things...

They come tangled up with guilt, burnout, overwhelm, and feeling like we always need to do more.

My latest blog explores all of that, and what it looks like to build a business that feels more sustainable and supportive.

Something I’ve been reminding myself of a fair bit lately is this 👇

Just because it works for someone else, doesn’t mean it has to work for you.

It’s so easy to get caught up in what we should be doing, but business feels a lot lighter when you give yourself permission to do things your own way.

The best strategy is always the one that feels good and works for your life.

So sure, take inspiration from other people – but don’t get so caught up in what they’re doing that you forget to back yourself and trust your own path.

If this is something you’re currently navigating in your own business, my Make It Happen Clarity Hour might be exactly what you need.

It’s a focused 1:1 session designed to help you move from overwhelmed and stuck, into clarity, direction, and action.

Whether your head feels full of ideas, you’re overthinking your next steps, struggling with content, boundaries, offers, or just feeling a bit lost in the noise of business, this gives you the space to untangle it all and figure out what actually matters right now.

No fluff or overcomplicated strategy. Just honest guidance, practical support, and a clear way forward that works for your real life.
