Tomorrow EBGBS our headliners take to the stage, doors 7.30pm, they are on at 9.20pm (scroll for tickets!)

DC15 are a pop group with a heavy emphasis on the pop. Labelled as “this generation’s One Direction” and “A less depressed The 1975”, both of these labels are from their parents but you can still expect catchy synth leads, banging choruses and a good dose of dumb humour. The band makes use of backing tracks and synths to make the live set as close as possible to the studio versions.

saferinthecity is the solo project of indie pop artist/writer, Harry Paynter, 19. His sound has evolved into a soft electronic and ambient setting, which he works his story-telling and personal lyrics into.

Inspired by the likes of Nina Nesbitt, MIKA and Troye Sivan, saferinthecity’s music is both sparse and intricate, with a focus on synthesised sound and pitched vocals, that allow his emotion to cut through. His live set comprises of four additional members, accentuating his studio work.

Last summer saw the single release of ‘Batsh*t Crazy’, which marked the newly found free spirited nature and vibrancy of saferinthecity, which is expressed most in the accompanying Batsh*t Crazy music video - organza, flowers, dancers and all. The single was taken from saferinthecity's debut EP, 'For the Love of Pop' which is out on all platforms now.

Occasional Dreams is an ambient indie rock band consisting of Oskar Christensen (guitar & vocals), Jakob Esmann (keys) and Ulrik Marcussen (bass). As the leading figure and songwriter, Oskar makes use of shoegaze elements and long instrumental sections to create soundscapes over steady drum rhythms. Driving bass, shimmering keys, dreamy synth pads and soaring guitar comes together to create a sound that evokes long road trips and melancholy.
