Yesterday I met up with Lucy Faux who I met here on Instagram and we decided to go for a hike

we’ve both just lost 2 special people & something intuitively nudged me to ask if she wanted to go for a hike as we had been meaning to meet after chatting a little on here & hitting it off straight away

& so glad I did as we got on really well & all lined up the best date & had some similar pasts & stories with health & party life to going on a healing journey & now more on the other side of that & in our new chapter of life 💚

such an inspiring story of where she’s come from & how much she’s turned her whole life around & now just enjoying the simple pleasures of life 🫶

we also had both never explored around the Pike itself so that was incredible to see all the remains do the cool buildings and gardens

the past few days with friends have been extremely special but also been when the most tears have come & the hardest to get up & out

Returning to Liverpool after 3 weeks in the Lakes wasn’t what I expected it to be I’ve actually had the most amazing & productive time…

🎈 lots of birthdays

🏝️ 1x day at beach swimming
🥘 3x birthday meals out
🍕 2x Naples pizza
☕️ coffee & matcha friend dates
🪽 1x funeral
☀️ lots of sunbathing
🪦 1x grave visit for besties 42nd
🚚 started food deliveries for Thailand savings
🕺🚗 daily car raves
💋 4x makeup occasions
🍦 lots of ice cream & cold drinks
🏃‍♀️ almost daily runs & lots of energy

Game changer for my chronic health…

after 12 years of chronic health issues and now virtually none since starting drinking molecular hydrogen water, I also don’t get heartburn anymore

if I ever do feel it creeping in (which has only happened once in the last year) I just have a shot of the 11.5 setting (high alkalising water that’s highly anti-inflammatory) & it’s gone

Wanted to honour my beautiful friend Jamie-Lee who I met 2 years ago on TikTok & lived not far from me…

who became not just a mentee & business client but also a mentor to me & close friend

I am absolutely devastated that her life got taken so soon unexpectedly especially when it felt like things were in the up for her & the vision she had for herself

but grateful for everything she brought to my life & also just being an incredible person to work with and support on her journey as I saw so much transformation in her 💔

a very sad one & weird one to share, but could not do the disservice of her by not honouring her here, when she was a big part of the page & my journey..

RIP, will miss you dearly & our daily voicenote chats 💚 x

Confidence can be learnt ~ this never came naturally..

I built up the skill like learning any other skill completely from scratch because I knew it’d help me create the life I wanted to live…
