Since December last year, Louise from our social media team has been volunteering with Woolton Picture House , helping to grow their social media presence, increase engagement, and raise awareness of their campaign to save the cinema as a community-owned venue.

We’re delighted that this goal has now been achieved, and we’re proud to continue supporting the Picture House as they raise funds for the refurbishment of this much-loved local landmark. 📽️

One of our clients turns 40! 🥳🎂🥂

We’ve worked with SEP Group for almost 10 years now and it’s been a pleasure helping them to celebrate this milestone. There are many events planned, and here we have Louise overseeing a content day as we document how the founder, Joe Johnson, started SEP.

Since day 1 of Mayfly, one client has been a constant; 18 years of collaboration, development, and also friendship.

Liam's been to many of Ovenu Franchising Limited AGMs over the years and this years was no different. As we have grown, so to has this franchise, and it's lovely to see now-established franchisees whom I was part of their onboarding, are now over-run with work and expanding.

Liam was honoured to be giving the final talk of the weekend on SEO and the impact of AI with plenty of questions from franchisees showing that this was a hot topic.

Thank you Rik Hellewell, and the Ovenu team. Also Liam managed to bag the winning score at golf ⛳🤣

Jeff, Chris, and Rob took a trip to Manchester last month for SEO conference to see what they could learn and what ideas could be inspired by some of the best in SEO. Props to Charlie Whitworth 🐝 and the various sponsors for putting on a stellar event.

Ultimately, our three mayflies came away feeling more secure in what they already knew - that SEO now means optimising for humans and agents.

It’s an exciting time to be doing what we do, and HiveMCR 2026 definitely reflected that! Food, drink, and entertainment alongside great speakers and panels.

We can’t wait to see what next year is like! 🚀
