And just like that…
These last 12 months have given me so much. I didn’t like the wrapping but the gifts of sobriety and time have been the best I’ve ever received.
To say these last 12 months have been impactful is an understatement.
Every single part of my life has got better without alcohol. I can’t think of a single experience it would have improved.
I genuinely thought life would be socially over when I gave up drinking that was my fear. The reality. I’ve become a safe space for those who know that alcohol isn’t their friend but aren’t ready to go fully sober and I love that for me. 🩷

10 Months I forgot to post this and I’m now 3 days off 11.
As someone who wasn’t an addict but was very much someone who’s life revolved heavily around drinking and booze I can honestly say giving up is the greatest gift I have ever given myself.
My life has got 1000% better over the last 10
Months.
