History
UKA was founded in 2010 by Cas Paton who started his business career in the web development industry in 2000. And it was launched in October 2015. UKA's growth has been driven by several partnerships, including a ten-year hosting and support partnership with online cloud service provider UKFast. Furthermore, the company established partnerships in payment management and transaction security with PayPal in 2016, and with cryptocurrency exchanges such as Binance, Huobi and OKX in 2019.
Growth
Since its establishment, UKA has witnessed an annual growth rate of 2,100%. A year after its launch in October 2016, UKA has listed its 2 millionth product. Just in the past 2021, it has achieved an annual growth rate of over 500% for three consecutive years.
Situation
UKA's growth is mainly from the UK domestic market, although the market is open to the world. UKA has risen rapidly in the UK market over the past few years. And it has attracted more than 10 million visitors in the past three months, with 65.22% of its traffic coming from the UK. At present, UKA has more than 15 million consumers, more than 30 million monthly visits, and an annual growth rate of 800%.
Future
UKA has already embarked on a global expansion plan, starting with 38 sites worldwide in 2022, and hopes to roll out its platform to more than 140 countries by the end of 2024.
