How to create a workplace culture?
You do not build culture by having free snacks in the cafeteria, a foosball table or an open plan seating area….
You build culture by actually talking to people 1-2-1 and understanding what they care about (money, titles, time with family, creativity, well-being and so on...). It’s the organisation's responsibility to understand it’s employees and evolution because the 23-year-old Emma and the 28-year-old Emma need something different.
In other words, businesses should pay attention to the human element that will ultimately drive the organisation to the next level.
Culture is the operating system!
