There could be any number of reasons why they missed your calls and didnโt replyโฆ
Between work, family, and finances, people forget everything.
By following up, you express the confidence you have in your ability to fix their problem and an honest desire to help them they will genuinely appreciate.

Call immediately. If they donโt pick up, leave a voicemail with some urgency and scarcity involved.
Something like:
โHey, Itโs [Your Name] from [Your Clinic]! Thanks for signing up for our [Offer]. The response has been a little overwhelming and weโre down to only 3 more appointments. Please call or text me at [Your Number] to book your place so you donโt miss out.โ
And follow up with an email and SMS.
Repeat this every other day for a week.
Then once a week for a month.
Then once a month (with the latest offer)

You stop following up when they say โStop following upโ.
