Hi there!

I have an important announcement to make;

As my Virtual Assistant (VA) business has grown and evolved, I have come to the decision that I need to raise prices for next year.

There are a few reasons why I am doing this:

🌻 I am confident in my ability to provide value-added services and feel I am at a point in my business where I need to increase prices in order to continue delivering the same level of quality service. By raising prices I will be able to invest more into my business and continue providing excellent service that is tailored to the individual needs of my clients.

🌻 My knowledge and ability - as I have gained more experience in the VA field, I am now able to offer specialized support that can help my clients get even better results. This comes with a cost, but one that should be covered by an increase in prices

🌻 Growing costs associated with running a VA business - apps, systems and other services that I use cost a lot, and the prices on these have raised over time.

🌻Living costs( groceries, utilities and rent have grown and have become more expensive as well so it’s necessary for me to raise prices in order to cover these costs.

🌻My business packages have been the same for the past 2 years andI need to keep up with inflation.

I will announce the new package rates by the beginning of January and I will include several additional specialised service packages. If you are interested in taking working with me in 2023, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Do you have an Introvert friend?

Keep on reading if you want to know why they keep on missing your calls.

🙃 Calls are so unexpected. 🙃

You're just minding your own introverted business when suddenly, your phone rings and it's some chatty person wanting to talk to you. It's like they snuck up on you and now you have to be social when all you really want to do is hide away in your introverted cave.

🙃 Calls require immediate attention. 🙃

With a text, you can take your time crafting a response (or ignoring it altogether if you're really not in the mood). But with a call, you have to answer it right away or risk being rude. And if you're introverted, chances are good that you'd rather not have to deal with people at all, let alone on the spot.

🙃Calls are way too intimate.🙃

Introverts typically don't like getting too close to people, emotionally or physically. But with a call, you can hear the other person's voice and they can hear yours. It's just way too much for an introvert to handle.

🙃 You can't hide on a call. 🙃

When you're texting, you can be whoever you want to be. You can take your time responding and you don't have to worry about your body language or what you look like. But on a call, the other person can see you and you can't really hide from them. It's just way too exposing for an introvert.

🙃 Calls are so draining.🙃

Introverts tend to get tired quickly when they're around people. And since a call requires you to actually talk to someone, it can be pretty draining for an introvert.

🙃 You can't really multitask on a call.🙃

Introverts are known for being great at multitasking. But on a call, you have to focus on the other person and what they're saying. You can't really do anything else while you're on the call, which can be frustrating for introverts who like to multi-task.

If you're a facebook group admin, chances are you've used the @ everyone tag.

But here's the thing: while the @ everyone tag can be a helpful tool for facebook group admins, it can also be a huge pain for followers. 👀

Why? Because when you use the @ everyone tag, every single person in the group gets notified - whether they want to or not.

For some people, this is incredibly annoying.

They might be busy at work, or trying to focus on something else, and all of a sudden they get bombarded with notifications from a fb group they're not even that interested in.

So what's the solution? Well, as a fb group admin, there are a few things you can do to avoid irritating your followers 👇

📌Use the @ everyone tag sparingly. Only use it when it's absolutely necessary, such as when you're announcing a change to the group rules.

📌 Give people the option to opt out of receiving notifications from the group. This way, they can still be part of the group without being constantly bombarded with notifications.

📌Use other methods of communication, such as posting updates on the group page or sending out e-mails. This way, people can choose instead of having it forced upon them.

As a facebook group follower, there are also a few things you can do to avoid being annoyed by the tag 👇

📌Leave groups that use the tag excessively. If a group is constantly bombarding you with notifications, it might be time to find a new one.

📌Speak up! If you're part of a group that uses the tag too often, let the admin know. They might not be aware that it's bothering people, and they might be open to changing their policy.
