Dubsado have just realised their new ai feature for forms and if you want content added then this is a great way to get it done quickly.

After uploading the content you can go ahead and format the content.

It doesn’t necessarily make it look pretty but it’s great to not have to copy and paste everything in.

Now off to add some css to level up this form.

I love a Notion board.

My client's though. Hers had basically become her entire client journey on one page. Every doc, every link, every piece of information they could ever need. All at once, all on them to figure out.

Her clients were opening it, going blank, and closing it again to "look at later."

You know what later means.

Client experience is so much more than just the work you deliver.

It's every touchpoint before, during and after. The enquiry response. The proposal. The contract. The welcome email. The offboarding.

Most of that can run without you even needing to lift a finger.
Clients just assume that you're incredibly on top of everything. Which you are. You just have a system doing the repetitive bits.

I used to think I was just bad at keeping on top of admin.

Turns out I was just doing it manually when I didn’t have to be.

If your Dubsado is set up properly the repetitive stuff just disappears. Not because you got more organised. Because the system is doing it for you.

That’s kind of the whole point of it.
