Amazon Australia has announced one of its biggest fulfilment fee reductions ever, with changes to selected FBA and Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) fees taking effect from 10 June 2026.
 
• Reduced FBA fulfilment fees across selected products
• Lower MCF fees for brands using Amazon’s fulfilment network beyond Amazon.com.au
• New discounted multi-unit fulfilment rates
• Savings across envelope and standard parcel size tiers
 
While Amazon hasn’t yet released the full breakdown by category and size tier, even small fee reductions can add up quickly.
 
For example, a brand selling a standard parcel product at $39.95 and moving 1,000 units per month could see an additional $500 in monthly profit from just a $0.50 reduction in fulfilment fees.
 
That’s an extra $6,000 per year without selling a single additional unit. The bigger question isn’t just how much you’ll save, it’s what you’ll do with those savings.

After months of tactical genius and a bit of luck, Mahlah has officially won the Toucan FPL by a whopping 3 points ahead of Sameer.
 
To commemorate this incredible achievement, I ordered a trophy worthy of such a historic victory. 
 
Unfortunately, I fell victim to the oldest trick in the book, the Amazon listing photos made it look like a regular sized trophy awarded to sporting excellence. The reviews thankfully confirmed I wasn’t the only one who fell victim to this.
 
What arrived was... well... let’s just say if Mahlah drops it, we’ll need a microscope to find it. 
 
Still, the trophy may be miniature, but the bragging rights are enormous.
 
Commiserations to Sameer, who came agonisingly close just like his beloved Arsenal on Saturday night (maybe next year).

Amazon is introducing ‘Alexa for Shopping,’ the world’s best, most personalised AI assistant according to them, for shopping available to U.S. customers. 
 
Customers can now use Alexa for Shopping to ask questions directly in the main Amazon search bar, create personalised shopping guides for big purchases, get category and product insights in search results and on product pages, generate dynamic product comparisons, view up to a full year of price history, and automate deal-finding, cart-building, and routine purchases based on personalised insights. 
 
The implications for brands are huge:

Seller Central brand owners in the UK and US can now access Premium A+ Content without needing to meet the previous eligibility requirements.

Previously, brands needed at least 5 approved A+ Content projects published within the last 12 months

Now, Premium A+ appears to be available to all brand owners in Seller Central.

We are moving up in the world...
 
Well… technically we just went up one floor in the same building. So, if you’re looking for a dramatic “new HQ reveal”, it was more stairs than private jet.
 
For the first time in ages, the whole Toucan team fits in one space. More room, skyline views and fewer accidental elbow collisions.
 
This is office number 5 (or 6 depending on who’s counting), and every time we say, “Right, this should last us a while.” It never does. When you’re busy building and growing, it’s easy to miss how far things have come. Then you look around at a bigger team, a fuller office and realise how far we have come.
 
One floor higher. Slightly more out of breath. Looking forward to what comes next!

Huge congratulations to our Toucs of the Quarter - Sam & Jess! 👏

Our Toucan of the Quarter award is voted for by the wider team and is awarded to the people who represent and demonstrate Toucan’s core values day in day out. Both of you have made an incredible impact last quarter and are so deserving of this recognition.

Sam isn’t only a fantastic leader, but also an amazing teacher and support to the wider team. He always takes the time to help others, share his knowledge, and make sure everyone around him succeeds.

Jess’ ability to build and manage strong client relationships is exceptional, and the work she consistently delivers for the advertising team has been outstanding.
