We get this cactus almost two years ago. In our time together it has given me but important lessons.

🌵Its growth has been slowly but surely.

🌵It creates beautiful things (Never had a flowering cactus before)

🌵It follows a plan. (This year, on the exact same day it surprised as with a beautiful flower)

This cactus has what I believe are very important components that an entrepreneur should have.

I personally feel very strongly about the battle against plastic and I will make an extra effort this month to use my posts to bring attention to this common problem that is affecting our planet.

Reconnecting with my true love💗

Today had the opportunity to do a live radio report for about the massive vaccination process at

It was an amazing vibe and I felt very engineer seeing families and people from a wide range of ages getting vaccinated today.

We don't really know what the future will bring but it feels that we are trying to move together to a place of some sort of normality.

I was so lucky to be able to take today with organisers, the lesser of the Royal Borough' of Greenwich but also with volunteers who have offering their time to help the vaccination process in London.

Feeling so blessed to be able to inform and help spread the word of this massive community efforts.

Happy Summer Solstice 🌞

Believe it or not today was the longest day of the year.

Funnily enough we didn't see the sun today. Nevertheless, it was the day with the longest amount of light.

As I saw the rain  through the window I couldn't help to think that there are certain things nobody can take from you. Not even the rain.🌧️

I would like to think that this metaphor can also be transferred to our professional and business life.

Once we know who we are, nobody can take it from us.

What do you do with your unhelpful thoughts?

THINK

I have been introduced to a technique that I find very useful.

When I get unhelpful thoughts. I try to stop and recognise them.

Then, use "THINK" to put those thoughts in perspective.

T -  Is it True?

H - Is it Healthy?

I -   Is it Important?

N - Is it Necessary?

K - Is it Kind?

I find this tool very useful, especially when my mind is trying to undermine my confidence.
