Can we all agree on something?!
Turning a lead into a client is WAY HARDER than it seems.
Like, it makes that scene in Mission Impossible where Tom Cruise is hanging by a thread over motion sensors look like a walk in the park.
Especially when you’re also trying to juggle open houses, follow-ups, listings, showings, paperwork, and maybe—just maybe—sleeping for five hours a night.
People always say “Follow up is everything.”
That if you just “stay in touch,” “check in,” or “be available,” people will naturally work with you.
But, um…did any of those people ever actually try staying in touch with 38 lukewarm leads who ghosted you after saying, “we’ll circle back soon”?

Raise your hand if you’re sick and tired of feeling like you’re shouting into the void every time you try to find a motivated seller.
“I just need better deals” is the problem, right?!
I hear so many new wholesalers say, “The problem is I don’t have enough contracts to close.”
Well… not so much.
Let’s be real — if getting wholesale deals was based on hustle, staying up late watching YouTube tutorials, or endlessly refreshing Zillow, you would’ve closed your first deal six months ago.
The problem isn’t a lack of motivation.
The problem is lead generation systems.
Hear me out.
Building a system for getting leads is the KEY to locking in your first deal (and your fifth, and your tenth), because without a predictable way to find distressed sellers, you’re just hoping something falls in your lap.
AKA:
It doesn’t matter if you analyze every comp perfectly, talk to 12 agents a day, or practice your script in the mirror for hours, if you’re not ALSO putting yourself in front of people who are actually ready to sell fast.
