This year marks another remarkable chapter for the Excellent Taste Awards and Mediterranean Taste Awards. We are proud to share that the first round of the official 2026 results is now live on our website: https://awards.excellenttaste.co/

Behind every award lies the passion of producers who poured their craft into each entry, and we are deeply grateful to each one of them for placing their trust in us. Equally, we owe a heartfelt thank-you to our partners and professional tasters, whose expertise and commitment have once again set the standard for credibility in food and beverage evaluation.
The numbers tell their own story: 720 brands from 218 producers across more than 20 countries — from Australia and New Zealand to Greece, Germany, Croatia, Cyprus, Spain, and Hungary — were carefully assessed, with 338 awards granted.
Every result strengthens our resolve to keep doing what we do best: discovering exceptional taste creations and bringing them to the world through a transparent, honest process.
The products in this section didn’t quite reach the threshold for an award this time around — and we want to be clear about what that means, and what it doesn’t.
It doesn’t mean the work wasn’t valued. Behind every product evaluated here is a team of people who poured time, care, and imagination into what they created. That kind of dedication is something we deeply respect, regardless of the final score.
What an evaluation really offers is a moment of honest reflection — a chance to see your work through fresh eyes, to celebrate what’s already shining, and to discover where a little more polish could make all the difference.
