Out Founder is incredibly honoured to have been granted the Freedom of the City of London in a centuries-old ceremony alongside fellow Freemen and Freewomen from

Dating back to the 1297, the Freedom is an ancient honour & John feels incredibly privileged to have been invited to join alongside some outstanding figures from every walk of life, both contemporary and historical.

The Freedom comes with the handy (and ancient) right to drive sheep across London Bridge - something which still takes place today (see last pic)!

We are delighted to share that we've created an exciting new partnership with Sound fitness studios

Sound Fitness offers amazing local fitness sessions in Forest Hill, including group and one-to-one training. Sessions occur in a private studio, with every participant getting their own rack, weights, equipment, and top-notch coaching.

Our Founder John, a former GB para-ski racer, visited the studios to meet Stuart, Sound Fitness' Director, and got put through his paces in a private training session!

We cannot wait to get started with the team at Sound Fitness - there are some super exciting projects in the pipeline - so watch this space for news!
