It's a guessing game. No one REALLY knows how it works. And does it really change each year? Or is that just a ruse to keep us interested?

A recent article by the reported that Instagram shared the optimum level of WEEKLY content to keep the algorithm happy.

JESUS, talk about pressure. Even the creators that received this insider info from IG described these posting levels as "unrealistically high" 😅

SO - should we be following IG's recommendations to a tee, potentially losing sight of why we are all here in the first place (but in return get the best exposure and engagement.. ) 🤷‍♀️

OR just continue putting out genuine, valuable content to our audience, in hope that the algorithm doesn't disown us? 🤦‍♀️
