It’s a big day today for one of my clients. Their big flash sale just went live, and we’ve been gearing up for this moment for weeks. Strategy, ex*****on, testing...

Flash sales are a mix of thrill, chaos, and a little bit of holding your breath.

The ads are running, emails and SMS are scheduled...now we wait (and keep refreshing šŸ˜‰ ).

The last win of the year came on the very last day, and I just had to share it… šŸ˜Ž

After 10 years, I made a last-minute decision to run the San Silvestre race today. I had every reason not to do it, but you know what? Sometimes, you just have to trust your gut and go for it.

I’m a big believer in taking action and learning along the way, rather than waiting for the ā€œperfectā€ time—which, let’s face it, might never come. This mindset has taken me far, both personally and professionally, and today, it helped me cross the finish line as 1st place in the women’s category. šŸ†

Reflecting on 2024, it’s been a year of many wins, a few failures, and countless lessons—but no regrets.

To my amazing clients, dedicated team members, and all the good souls who have supported me along the way—thank you.

My client challenged me to beat their record day of Ā£24K with just one email...and of course—challenge accepted! šŸ˜‰

Back in March, when we started working together with this supplement brand, their email marketing revenue was barely making up 12% of their total sales. Fast forward to today, and we’ve had some incredible wins. Just recently, we hit an impressive milestone: a single email generated Ā£17K in sales in one day (which is more than their FULL month’s revenue before March)...following the record result of Ā£24K with one email.

This journey has been incredibly rewarding. We’ve gone from an account that was struggling to an account that makes significant strides...

And now I’m all set to take on their challenge and aim for that Ā£24,000+ day. I’m sure with the right strategy and determination, we’ll make this happen.

Running marathons and doing digital marketing have a lot in common...Here’s what I mean...šŸƒā€ā™‚ļø

Yesterday, I completed my 18th half marathon in Madrid! šŸ™Œ It got me reflecting on how much running a race is like running digital marketing campaigns.

Just like marathons, digital marketing isn’t about short sprints...it’s about enduring the long distance. It’s not just about finishing...it’s also about careful planning, pacing, and staying determined.

And you know what else? Testing is crucial in both!

Just as I fine-tune my training to improve my endurance, pace, and recoverability, I’m always testing and optimizing my marketing strategies to get better results. Whether it’s pacing myself in a race or adjusting ad copy, the key is to keep testing, learning, and evolving.

From setting goals to overcoming hurdles, both journeys teach us the importance of resilience, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

This year, I had the privilege of working with 10 incredible e-commerce businesses. Each one brought unique challenges and opportunities, and together, we've reached new heights.

- Teamwork Makes the Dream Work:
I’ve grown my team to 3 great members this year! A huge shoutout to my team—thanks for your expertise, creativity, hard work, and for being part of this journey!

- Generating Over $3M in Sales for Clients:
The biggest highlight? Helping our clients generate over $3 million in sales via email marketing and Meta & Google Ads! Just coming down from the busy BFCM season, and wow, what a time it was! 😊

This year's BFCM wasn't just good; it was my best ever! (And I think it's supposed to be that way, right? Every year is better than the previous year...)

Here's a quick recap of this incredible period:

→ Managed 8 accounts
→ Sent 200+ email campaigns
→ Sent to 1M+ emails across all accounts
→ Generated 1M+ in revenue from alone!
→ Almost 0 incidents (except that one of the timers in the emails was set to the UTC instead of CET time, so I gave everyone one more hour of shopping 😊)
