I am learning something I didn’t expect about visibility.

You don’t need to be at full capacity to stay connected to your work.

You don’t need to perform the version of you people are used to seeing.

And you don’t need to disappear just because your life is changing.

Visibility is also letting people witness the becoming.

Less polished. More tender. More in-between.

Still here. Just changing.

The best thing I do for my business is to stop the noise.

I don’t want to be in a room where i have to prove that i am successful enough or confident enough to do what i am doing or even profitable enough!

I want to be in rooms where I can bring my business plan, my ambitions, my fears, my body and heart, even the “I don’t know”… i want to be in spaces where i can share my truth without the fear of being judged. But received entirely, for where I am and who I am.

This is why I created the Founder Residency.

Not as a retreat to escape real life.

But as a space to come back to yourself before you design what comes next.

In Provence, over 4 days, 10 female founders explored where they really are, what they truly want, what they are ready to move towards, and what structure they need to support their next chapter.

There was strategy.

But there was also safety. Honest mirrors. Embodiment. Space. Community. Integration.

I believe that business growth is not just about what you do next.

It is about who you become as you do it.

I thought I would enter maternity leave with everything perfectly prepared.

Instead, I am entering it more human, more humbled, and more surrendered than I expected.

And maybe that is the lesson…

The next level is not always about doing more.

Sometimes it is about creating enough space to become the woman who can hold what she asked for.

At 38 weeks pregnant, I don’t know exactly who I will be on the other side of birth.

But I know I am walking my path.

And I know my heart is getting bigger.

Preparing this **Founder Residency in Provence** while pregnant is teaching me a lot about feminine leadership.

Slowing down. Trusting timing.

Creating space instead of forcing outcomes.

And the more I prepare it… the more intentional it becomes.

Because this isn’t a typical business retreat.

I’m not organising a retreat.

**I’m building a circle.**

A temporary **board of directors** for women building businesses and themselves.

In April, we will gather in a renovated 18th-century silk farm in Provence.

Mountains. Forest. Silence.

A place where your nervous system can finally exhale.

During those four days together we will have:

✨️strategy circles and hot-seat coaching

✨️ deep conversations about what is *really* working in our businesses

✨️daily grounding practices and movement

✨️ a private chef preparing nourishing meals we’ll share around one big table

And because founders rarely give themselves this level of support:

🌸a massage therapist will come to the house for relaxation sessions

🌸 a professional brand photographer will capture the residency

🌸 optional personal photoshoots for women who want powerful new images for their business

But the most valuable part won’t be the villa, the chef, or even the strategy.

It will be the **room**.

Women building businesses thoughtfully.

Women ready to question what success actually looks like.

At the beginning of last year, I felt something shifting inside me.

From the outside, life looked full and expanding.

But internally, I was slowing down, questioning, releasing, and redefining what really mattered.

There were moments of uncertainty.

Moments where I wondered if motherhood was still meant for me.

Moments where I had to let go of timelines, expectations, and old versions of myself.

And then… life gently surprised me.

Today, nearly five months pregnant, I feel a quiet joy growing inside me.

This baby is already teaching me so much about trust, surrender, and what it means to truly soften into life.

A new chapter is beginning.

And I feel incredibly grateful to share it with you. 💕

Because the women I work with don’t lack talent.

They don’t lack ideas or experience.

What they often lack is a space where it finally feels safe to:

be visible, speak in their own voice, trust themselves, and receive more money.

That’s the real shift.

But identity.

Expression.

Capacity.

So I didn’t choose guest speakers based on popularity.
