SMG 1
1. i100 shares in the lock and savings account will commence listing on 19th July 2021. Those with locked accounts need to fill bank details on http://office.igniter100.com/ by 19th July 2021. Company will also provide forms to fill more details by the same date for proof of shares ownership
2. Ensure that the details in the KYC approved accounts are the same details that will be filled in the bank details section.
3. For open i100 accounts that are yet to expire, company will provide you with two options: convert your pending ROI to SMG2 for continued earning in form of i200 OR authorize your i100 earnings to be transferred to the exchange monthly for listing
4. For those with missing i100 payments in the open accounts, the company is aware and commits to pay all the dues by the expiry of your 200 days
5. The company will provide multiple withdrawal options after i100 listing including bank and crypto options
SMG 2
6. Withdrawals: Besides SMG Token for loyalty withdrawal, company will introduce Perfect Money withdrawal option from next week and thereafter reintroduce bank option after 19th July 2021
7. Exchanges: For the SMG token withdraws, the company is now providing both token price and number of tokens bought. You are advised to consider using Coinsbit or Fat exchanges to sell your tokens as they have more liquidity hence more price stability
8. SMG App: Ensure you have saved your Private Key Address to enable recovery of your account in case of uninstallation or loss of your phone. Otherwise without the private key address, your SMG tokens CANNOT be recovered
9. Company is working to introduce SMG-USDT swap at the SMG App. This will enable faster withdrawal process for those using crypto option for withdrawal
