October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Across ICF, colleagues are uniting through walks, fundraising activities, education, and shared stories to support those affected by breast cancer.

During their internships, Ryan, Gisela, and Elizabeth each gained unique perspectives through the work they supported and the experiences they had across ICF.

Ryan gained a deeper appreciation for turning research into practical solutions. Gisela saw firsthand how resilience initiatives move from concept to implementation. Elizabeth discovered the breadth of projects she had the opportunity to contribute to. Their experiences were different, but they share a common theme: meaningful opportunities to contribute, grow, and create impact. We're proud of the roles they played across ICF and grateful for the fresh perspectives they brought to our teams.
