Not every quote becomes an order — but every enquiry gets the same attention.

A recent example of a reception signage proposal we prepared for a customer enquiry.

Before anything is manufactured, we like to show our customers what we’re proposing — the size, materials, finish, fixing method and, most importantly, how we expect the finished sign to look in its environment.

This one was proposed as 20–25mm built-up aluminium lettering, satin powder coated with concealed fixings, along with a visual to help bring the idea to life.

Managing expectations before we manufacture is a big part of what we do.

It may be “just a quote”, but we think putting the effort in at this stage helps customers understand exactly what they’re being quoted for.
