WYSPR has officially been shortlisted for ‘The best use of UGC’ Award at The Global Influencer Marketing Awards 2024!

There are a few things about this that make me incredibly proud and excited about the future of UGC and Influencer Marketing for 2 reasons:

1. This is a brand new award 🏆
For the leading industry awards to recognise the rise of UGC and its undeniable impact on the marketing world is immense. Rightfully or wrongfully, as some of the first pioneers of this space we well just a little responsible for this 🥹.

2. We’re the underdogs 🐕
For this award we’re up against, well, the amazing Ogilvy across several of their campaigns. To be in the running against probably the best marketing agency in the world is a privilege, we’re playing in the big leagues now.

A massive congratulations also to both the Unilever Nutrition team and our amazing UGC community.

The creative power the individual has is yet to be recognised by corporations; WYSPR aims to change that.

We give our data away for what? Convenience? A slightly cheaper phone? Often, we are simply tricked into giving it away by some game we’ve downloaded...

WYSPR asks that we take the power back, why not sell your data on your terms, why not advertise to your friends, and why not get paid by the brands that you already recommend.

Social media is like a room full of influencers and companies all shouting at each other, so much that we have all gone deaf.
