We ran an easter campaign for our client. Here are the results (SS attached)😱😱
Introduction:
Our agency, Xender Services, recently ran an Easter campaign for a client to promote their products. The campaign was executed from 1st March to 9th April, with a total ad spend of $24,000 across various channels like Facebook ads, Google ads, SEO, and others.
Objective:
The main objective of the campaign was to increase the client's sales during the Easter period and improve their return on ad spend (ROAS). The goal we got from the client was to generate $120,000 in revenue.
Challenges:
Client accidentally deleted the pixel from their website. We noticed that 24 hours later. After this came to our knowledge, we quickly solved the problem and installed the pixel again. But it affected the rhythm of the whole campaign. Another problem was they didn’t set up their product feed correctly in the commerce manager. It caused issues with catalogue sales campaign.

Despite the challenges, we worked diligently to ensure the success of the campaign. We focused on ad creatives and targeting the right audience across different channels. We also used A/B testing to find the winning creatives early in the campaign.
Results:
Our efforts paid off, as the campaign generated $151,828 in revenue ($31,000 more than client expectations) for the client, with a 6.32 ROAS. The campaign's success can be attributed to our team’s effective targeting and A/B testing strategies.

This Easter campaign for our client was a resounding success, generating significant revenue and achieving a high ROAS despite the challenges faced.
