Most clinic owners don't have a lead problem. They have a leakage problem.
Patients enquire and disappear. Contact forms get filled in and go nowhere. Missed calls stay missed. Follow-up is inconsistent. Recall is weak. Treatment plans are not explained properly. People drift out of the system at every stage of the journey.
And because most clinics are looking at soft, overly flattering numbers in their PMS, they often have no idea how much revenue is quietly falling through the cracks.
It is not dramatic enough to feel like a crisis in the moment, but over a year, it can cost a clinic a serious amount of money.
