🚨 Another WordPress Website Successfully Recovered from a Security Breach
Recently, I was approached regarding a WordPress website that had suddenly stopped displaying any content on the front end — visitors were met with a complete white screen.
Interestingly, the WordPress dashboard showed that all pages and content were still published and intact.
After building trust with the client (who had previously experienced data loss), I was granted secure hosting access. Before making any changes, I performed a full backup to ensure complete data safety.
🔍 Upon detailed inspection inside cPanel, I identified malicious files embedded within the hosting environment — including a hidden backdoor login system designed to allow attackers to regain access.
