Last November, VCCP Media tasked Chrome with the singular challenge of transporting the heart and soul of Saudi Arabia straight to Outernet London - the city's ultimate digital playground.

In addition to directing the brilliant content onscreen, Chrome also coordinated the logistics related to this large-scale event that struck all the senses: the sight of an Arabian evening; the robust aroma of Arabic coffee; the sweetness of a sugared date; the lilting tune of an oud, and the feeling of absolute relaxation after sinking into a plush pouf.

This meant organising dancers, musicians, calligraphers, and other traditional artisans who performed, providing endless entertainment for children and adults alike and try immersing visitors in a new world.

VCCP Media called on Chrome to take on one of our greatest challenges yet: transporting the heart and soul of Diriyah straight to Outernet London – the city's ultimate digital playground. We got to work straight away, creating a concept that would immerse viewers in Saudi culture and allow them to experience the magic of Diriyah.

Across 3 days in November, alongside our partners, Immersive Me and The Manual, we took over the entire Outernet building. Thirteen monumental, 360-degree screens showcased the vibrant Saudi Arabian culture: music, dance, and cuisine all within a border-defying, world-class experience.

When Ford revealed the Mustang GTD, it came with a promise – that it would run Germany’s gruelling Nürburgring in under 7 minutes. At 20.8 kilometres long, with 73 curves and 300 metres of elevation change, the Nürburgring is the ultimate fitness test for a road performance vehicle and the standard by which all performance cars are measured; until now, no car from an American automaker has achieved a sub-7-minute lap. From build, to test, to the harrowing corners of the Nürburgring, we followed the drama as it unfolded.

Chrome were on hand to reveal the All-New 2025 Lincoln Navigator with a warm, emotive film showcasing the car as a force of nature that no one can resist - not even nature itself.

Filmed in under a week at a privately-owned nature preserve, 'Center of Gravity' highlights the Navigator's redesigned interior and exterior, alongside innovative new features that create an invisible "force of attraction," all underpinned by an inspiring voiceover from none other than Lincoln's longtime ambassador Matthew McConaughey.

We are so proud to have taken home not just one, but TWO, 2024 International Motor Film Awards!

The wins - in the Best Documentary Short and Best Editing categories - come for our Ford film, SuperVan: Bring On The Mountain.

The adrenaline-fuelled yet tongue-in-cheek documentary captures the spectacular attempt by Ford’s all-electric rocket ship, the SuperVan 4.2, to conquer the iconic Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in record time.

The Best Editing award recognises the work of our in-house Senior Editor Andy Cardy, and Editor Matt Owen.
