It’s easy to get caught up in festive cheer this time of year.

But the shocking truth is that 1 in 5 children worldwide may go hungry this Christmas.

for Dole by St Luke's London is trying to help.

Alongside raising awareness, the campaign aims to raise funds to feed UK families in need this Christmas – part of Dole's incredible global promise to make nutritious food accessible to 1 billion people by 2025.

Real talk – what’s it like to be Black in the UK advertising industry﹖

Meena Ayittey's feature length documentary explores the personal stories of some of Adland’s Black talent and delves deeper into talk points, including unconscious bias’, and tokenism.

“For a lot of people I was the first Black creative they had worked with. I was under extra pressure not to f**k up. If I f**k up, I make all Black people look bad. This feeling has never left me,” reminisces Meena.

Tag Collective Arts' Stacia Akaba, who features in the documentary, says: “For me, personally, it’s more about not just ticking boxes. So I wouldn’t expect to go into a job role and have a company hire people just because of their colour or where they’re from.”
