What an exciting week!

Having worked flexibly for myself for the last 6-7 years, navigating marketing consultancy and a young family, the time is right to make a difference as part of a bigger brand team.

After a brilliant first week, I’m proud to share that I’ll be leading the marketing team at .

The business is jam-packed with purpose and the people I’ve met are full of passion for the brand, so I can’t wait to help communicate the essence in all we do.

Before that, I wanted to say a massive thank you to every one of my clients and the connections I’ve made on my self-employed journey. I’ve learned so much and built life-long relationships.

How hands-on are you? Are you a strategic thinker or a doer? Or a bit of both?

Understanding how you express your creativity matters when finding the right approach to marketing your business.

If you're the sort of person who is happy to 'fly the plane whilst building it', you'll appreciate a structure/agreed approach 'before take off', but still thrive on the excitement and authenticity of shaping your business proposition as you go.

I work best with businesses that are already off the ground. They know what feels good and not so good when promoting their business. They have a good sense of what 'gets the nod' from their ideal audience and which customers they'd rather discourage. They are excited about 'pressing go' on something they genuinely and passionately champion. They are on a mission to make a difference and they know how (roughly).

I help leaders of businesses in this position get their brand story straight so they can start marketing their venture. Questions like 'Who are you here for? and 'What are you here to do for them? 'How you do it and why?

Simple but not easy questions when challenging yourself to find clarity before 'takeoff'.

Getting them nailed early makes everything later so much easier and more fulfilling - website development, social media content, email campaigns, search engine marketing, recruitment drives, internal communications and brand identity designs.
