The BCMA is the global industry body for branded content practitioners, run by practitioners, promoting best practice, sharing knowledge and growing the branded content industry. We promote and grow the branded content industry in partnership with other relevant trade associations and industry groups, sharing best practice, researching, lobbying and managing events relating to our industry. We cre

ate the opportunity to connect with the leading experts in the branded content industry. Branded content is predicted to be at the heart of every marketing strategy, and there is growing evidence that there will be a significant shift in budgets to support it. However, there is still some confusion as to how to do it, who should do it and how it is measured. The BCMA is best placed to define what branded content ‘is’ and what ‘it isn’t’ and measure the effectiveness through its investment in research and proprietary tools.

Welcome to the New Brand Playbook

We have partnered with MIP LONDON which is back for 2026 at the IET London & The Savoy Hotel between the 22nd and 24th February.

Brand-funded content is moving fast in the age of uninterrupted storytelling.
Across this two-part programme, producers, brands, agencies and broadcasters unpack how collaboration, smarter funding models and authentic storytelling are redefining content creation across every genre and every screen.

We are hosting a session titled, How “Dinner Is Scrapped” Points to the Next Era of Entertainment that tells the story of a genre-bending culinary competition series, created in partnership with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, exploring sustainability and creativity through celebrity talent and bold storytelling.

The panel takes place in the Turing Theatre at the IET Savoy Place on the 22nd February at 16.20h. There will also be Brand Entertainment Round Tables taking place on Monday 23rd February at 9.00am with an opening keynote by Doug Scott, Co-Founder, UNXNOWN.
