I definately think there’s still room for brick and mortar retail, it just has to work harder than ever before. Nevertheless, the amounts of stores closing and jobs lost is heartbreaking, hoping it can be fixed in the near future!

I'm finding it really interesting how the lockdown and loungewear is going to affect fashion going forwards - will relaxed dressing now always be a staple part of most outfits? Will we ever return to fully dressing up? Will there now be a message of less pressure to dress up? What are your thoughts? I'd love to know!

As fashion week comes to an end for every City now, I've put together some of my favourite pieces from British designers this January 2021 - it all may have been virtual this year, but nothing was spared in any look or show as a whole.
With everyone watching and getting involved from home this year, it made it more inclusive than ever - I'd love to know if there was a particular show or design which you loved the most?

Fashion week's have of course had to go virtual this year, but rest assured nothing was compromised; designs and shows as a whole were still as eye catching, punchy and entertaining as ever. Within some virtual styling consultations, it seems there's recurring themes of anxiety surrounding normality being on the horizon. We've spent so long in lockdown now, comfortable in our loungewear and hiding behind screens, that it's understandable how some feel anxious about returning to work and socialising.

If you can't remember how you used to style yourself for work, , forgotten what you have or where it is, or even feel you need a style re-fresh, use this plan of action I've created so that the return to normality is exciting as opposed to daunting!

Review:
Re-acquaint yourself with your own wardrobe, answer these questions as a guide:
1. What made you feel great?
2. How did you style each item?
3. Are you aware of everything you have?

Re-fresh:
Have a try on:
1. Check your clothes fit how you want them to
2. Does anything need repairing or replacing?
3. Anything you know you won't wear, and don't
love, let go of!

Re-organise:
Create order for when life's pace pick's up once again:
1. Do you know where everything is?
2. Can you access it easily?
3. Do you have an order to your wardrobe that makes you feel calm?
