Some still perform attention.

Lately, we’ve been noticing a quiet shift toward a more Japanese way of thinking — not aesthetically, but philosophically.

Less:
“Look what we made.”

More:
“We thought about how this would feel.”

Maybe that’s why so many creatives, strategists, hoteliers, and brand people keep looking toward Tokyo lately. 東京

💮 In Japan, they call this “Omotenashi” おもてなし:
the art of noticing before being asked.
Care without interruption.
