What is a funnel?
A funnel is a structure organised in multiple steps where every step is part of the conversion process. Some funnels are organised in multiple web pages with a checkout process structured as the end goal. The first web page is a singular entry point to engage the audience with specific content.

What is the funnel structure?
Funnel is a structure that starts with a wider opening as a starting point and narrows throughout the different web pages. The funnel directs the visitors' path through different stages up to the sales page. The purpose of the funnel structure is to offer further information to the audience by receiving their email address or name.
How is a website funnel implemented?
A funnel is a website with different webpages that are connected logically for the user to follow specific stages. During the stages the visitor has the right to stop at any time but if they are interested in the content, they can continue and engage further and take actions if they decide.
The structure of the website funnel can be formed in just 5 easy steps:
The first funnel webpage - the first webpage must be modern, attractive and eye-catching to grab the visitors attention. As part of the structure, a welcoming message with a main motto should be bold, catchy, short and personal for every visitor to motivate them and make them want to be apart of it. A “call to action” is very important to complete the functionality of the first webpage and offer to the visitors what the company or individual is willing to offer. Also as an alternative, the funnel structure can support the mentality of offering something for free such as an Ebook or a specific discount for services or products and in return is asking for contact information from the visitors.

The second webpage is more informative for the visitors to learn more about the company's services or products. All the information can be displayed to the visitors in different case studies, examples and statistics demonstrating the final results. This will play a motivational and empowering part to the visitors by showing them the achievable result.

The third webpage could introduce different upsales and offers for the visitors to select so they can feel confident and trust that they can achieve the same outcome and take action.

The fourth webpage continues to offer different products and/or services or sales for the visitors to select from without forcing them to continue and purchase further products and/or services.
The visitor can follow the website flow and decide on the different stages what to purchase based on their desires, needs and wants.

What is a funnel strategy?
This structure is for the company to market products and services with the aim that the visitor will first engage and then further purchase. The funnel structure is strategized and tailored to the audience depending on the customers needs. The strategy is to focus on showing services/products from the company and after building new relationships with potential customers. By growing the connection, this allows for more stable, healthy relationships to grow and create more stability for the company and the market.

Some of the examples of how this can be presented is by offering a free trial for a service or for a specific period of time as a free service until the session ends. Another incentive for the company to offer to the visitors is an Ebook of limited information until the visitors purchase the full content, a video demo, or a specific offer etc. The structure of it may include a “call to action” in a button including phrases for example “Download the Ebook now!”, “Receive 25% on your next purchase”, “Open me!”, etc.
The funnel can be structured in different steps depending on what the company would like to implement. These can vary between 4 and 7 stages. These stages can be extracted in some of the following points based on the sales preparation the company will process:
1. Prospecting is the process of considering and researching the possibility of whether the product or service will do well in the modern market and target audience. Also, investigating the current trends, needs and desires in the market is an important factor to analyse and take into consideration. Another important aspect is how the product or service will impact customers against the competitors products/services in the market.
2. Planning, before implementing and structuring, the company needs to analyse the idea along with: What purpose would it serve in the market? Who is interested? Who can pay? How much are customers willing to pay? Is the timing correct?
3. The mindset/mentality of understanding the audience and the target should express the interest in the product which reflects what the product and/or service represents.
4. Organising and splitting down the structure of the funnel is important as based on how the product and/or service will be represented should be structured using a range of different elements such as: case studies, examples etc.
5. The last steps are important as it is the sales structure so all the upsales should be apart of this session.
6. Finalising the process, the company should clarify the correct stages that overall present a well-functional and a productive project.

Are you wondering how you can hit your income goals faster? Are you thinking of different ways to take control of your sales but you are unsure?

To hit the goal faster… you need to have more sales!

Most business owners are stuck on the same company structure without being effective or productive which results in low income.

On websites you can create offers, upsales and discounts that can help increase the company sales overall.

Upsales
Are you doing any upsales of your services or products on your website?
Upsales is a methodology of selling two or more services or products as a package. Part of this package should include an extra service or product at a discounted price. E.g if a company sells a package of 3 products, the 3rd product should be at a reduced price.

Offers
Also, the company can offer a discount for a service or product e.g reducing the price from £159 to £89.

Package offers
Selling two products and overall there is a package discount e.g from £149 to £99 for both products together.

By changing the sales and offers structure for the company, by changing the company terms then the sales will increase and business owners will see a positive change and a sense of peace of mind in the company.

Do you want to share knowledge? Are you thinking of creating an eBook? Are you thinking of offering specific packages and services using an eBook?

Lets analyse together the different knowledge and specific mentality that is important to produce an intelligent, well-structured eBook.

What is an eBook?
The eBook is a small electronic file presented informative structure that is designed to target a specific niche that adapts to cover their specific needs. The structure of an eBook is in digital form and contains content, text, images, mottos related to the company market.
Why should a business offer an eBook to visitors and clients?
An eBook is a file that contains information which is presented in a format which allows the audience to read from different mobile laptops, tablets, computers etc. The business will present ideas, offers, packages that the company would like to share with the audience in an environmentally friendly manner. eBooks can help increase the interest of a topic, a service or a package and offer further knowledge to the audience for further information or help. The company can offer the eBook for free to the audience or sell it to make a profit.

What is the aim of an eBook?
The aim of an eBook is to simplify and enhance the overall learning experience and knowledge a business would like to give to customers. Modern digital books can make the learning process more interactive and engaging so the audience can receive information with their full attention. The company should present an attractive eBook that is appealing to the audience's eye so they will be more captivated to read it. By sharing knowledge to the visitors and/or clients, the company is trying to help and support different situations and needs. The eBook should be easily accessible, friendly, approachable, respectful to match the level of mentality for all clients.

What does the content in an eBook contain?
The content of the eBook is mostly text that is informative and analyses specific topics, problems and case studies as evidence and motivation for the visitors to engage with the company mentality and the products and/or services they are offering. The text in an eBook should be straight to the point and memorable in order for readers to gain the knowledge and even share it with others as they feel positive and confident in expressing what they have learned.
Mottos are an influential hook that is usually expressed in a short, simple phrase that immediately grabs the reader's attention. The hook makes the reader understand better the importance of the specific subject and ponders upon them whether they want to engage and take action or not.
The title and the mottos are designed to increase attention and the value of different sections. It is required to be bigger and in a bold font so it is easily noticeable to the readers what section they want.
An eBook could contain specific images related to the content and topic of the eBook. The author is initiating further information by adding images to retain the reader's attention. By showing case studies with images, demonstration of different projects takes place along with examples to further their understanding and knowledge. Large scale images should be avoided. The images should be effective and emotive to educate the readers so they can learn more information by viewing a visual example.
Some evidence, data or statistics could be an important part to show the readers more factual, visual details about different case studies that can be used as examples.

An eBook can expand certain knowledge and extra information about a specific subject for the visitors to learn more e.g a company on a business can offer some information on there website and offer an eBook to the visitors to learn more about that specific topic.

Is an eBook important to the website?
The eBook can be an important part of the website or landing pages. Every individual, or company can produce an eBook and share knowledge based on their experience, background and market etc.
Producing an Ebook requires research, knowledge, and personal time for one or more individual or professional teams. The process of creating an eBook can take some time and is based on different factors. Based on the structure, elements and the desire of everyone creating their own eBook, points need to be under consideration such as: collaborating with a copywriter or writing on your own, working with a photographer or taking the pictures on your own, processing the images on different softwares etc. The eBook can be a cost-effective solution and can require different working hours to finalise the eBook.
An eBook can be apart of a website and is easy to download the file by just the click of a button and the visitor or client can receive the PDF file to their own device. An eBook can provide value to every business from different personal or professional characteristics and aspects.
If anyone is thinking of creating an eBook, some elements that need to taken into consideration are listed below:
An eBook can be produced even in 7 days and here is a plan:
Day 1: Choose a specific topic and a niche, research about the related subjects and elements to create an outline and a project blueprint .
Days 2: Think, analyse and write, review what you have written and make changes where required
Day 3: Think, analyse and write, review what you have written and make changes where required
Day 4: Think, analyse and write, review what you have written and make changes where required
Day 5: Create the eBook cover and create a catchy title

Are you wondering what changes or improvements you can make to your website to make it more attractive, interactive and fully-functional? Is your brand new website launched but you are not impressed and want to improve it?

Do you have a website that is based on different platforms or you have purchased the structure or the theme and it is not at the high standard you want it to be? Let's view together some extra points and implementations that will be helpful to change the website from basic functionalities to more appealing and up-to-date. The website should be attractive, interactive to engage visitors with the content and the structure. When visitors find important and useful information than they trust, they connect with the business and website mentality and feel more confident and positive.

Are you wondering what final features and implementations you can add to improve the image of the website?

Background colour
The general colour of the website should not be too bright or blurry so it does not distract the users viewing and reading the content on the webpages. The background colour in some sections should express the branding shades and colours and emphasise the business profile and yfos.

Text colour
The font should be clear and the contrast of the colours should be in harmony with the theme, branding, company profile and market.

Images
“One image speaks 1000 words”. The image/s should represent the business values, products, and/or services. Also, they should be related to the content on different sections. Every image used in the website should be shown at a high resolution, quality and reduced at a specific capacity to assure a higher website loading speed and secure a good performance of the website.

Video
The video should present the story of the business or different case studies, as by showing important aspects of the company values, expertise, products, services make people connect with the story and feel part of it. The video should be fully functional, not too long, play with no difficulty and make the clients feel confident and assertive with what the company offers.

Gallery
The gallery is a complex range of images that are representing specific images, products, services of the business. The gallery can visually show the progress of a specific subject or work to increase trust and increase the visitors engagement. The gallery can show how the values are created, the variety of the solutions the business can undertake or sometimes even the transformations of different case studies.

Contact information
Should be easily located in different sections such as: header, footer or contact webpage on the website. Generally it may include: the phone number, the email address, sometimes the full address and the location of the business by representing it pinned in a map. Another modern structure to offer more information to the visitors is to direct the visitors to different social media platforms so the users can communicate.

Header
The header controls the website functionality. Includes the main menu where all the website links are listed and users can navigate on other website pages or sections. The header presentation and structure shows what the website is according to and reflects what the website and business is about.
It gives the first impression to the clients about the company profile and make them feel trusted and confident of the company's services and products.
The logo is part of the header and alongside the branding and colours it portrays a sense of security, optimism and convinces the clients that the services and products are trusted.
Another important role of the header is to include the business contact details. If a client needs to contact the company immediately, a phone number should be located in the header to provide and serve clients needs.
A call to action can also be a sole part of the header to engage visitors to the website and gain their attention about specific aspects such as: “Request a free quote today!” , “Request a free call back!” etc.

Body
All the structure of the website is listed on the body. The website contains web pages with different content such as: Text Videos Images Gallery etc.
The website should represent the services and/or products the business offers in the market. Different information should be part of the website, this includes: Information about offers The companies products and/or services “Our Company” “About Us” Aims and objectives etc.

By showing clients what the business represents, portrays the image and face of the company that clients will know and remember them by. By being present in the modern, online world, the company can create a positive popularity status that will further increase their level of engagement and interaction from their target audience by promoting word of mouth marketing. This can be an advantage against their key competitors in the market and increase their sales.

Footer
The footer is opposite to the header on the website and also includes: the business logo, and a call to action such as ‘contact us now’. This call to action should be presented as a button which directs the visitor or client to a ‘Contact Us’ page on the website. The footer may also include a short description of the company showcasing their values and their current status in the market. Links to their social media pages such as Facebook and Instagram, can also be contained in the footer to direct visitors and clients to their social platforms for more information, details and updates about their company.

FAQ
A FAQ page includes a list of questions the company has received from visitors and clients in the past along with the company's response to them. This can benefit visitors and clients by saving them time contacting the company with a query that may have been resolved in the past by scanning the FAQ page for the same problem to find the resolution.

Visitors of the website feel confident, assured, and trust the company. The website will want to make them contact the business immediately and as a result will increase the number of leads, more potential clients, organic traffic to the website which will impact the growth of sales.

Have you ever added any extra ‘call to action’ on your website? If the answer is no, then Website Digital Power is here to emphasise the benefits of adding extra ‘call to action’ to your website in order to increase the level of traffic and sales on your website for this festive, holiday season.

What is a call to action and what are the benefits?
A call to action is a motto to inform users of the importance of the product, offers, discounts etc. as a business sale on its own. It can be a hook with a short, eye-catching message aimed to grab the users attention towards a specific offer, discount, product or service etc. the business is aiming to promote. A call to action can be placed on different sections on webpages and by using a button as part of it, it can direct the user to approach the promotional offer on the website.

Some examples of call to actions are:
“Get free delivery when you spend £30 or more”
“Reserve now for Christmas Eve for 30% off”
“Spend £50 and receive a free Christmas gift!” etc.

All the mottos should be always related to the market, season, the company structure, beliefs, motivations and objectives.

Why are call to actions important?
The call to action can be used to spread the message of the specific products or services that are being promoted on the website. Business owners and individuals can use a call to action to extract the value of the certain product, share why it is important and why the user needs it. If it is a high demanding trend or a popular product or a service in the current market, a call to action can be used to distinguish users why they should purchase and the benefit the user will gain by purchasing from that company in comparison to its competitors.

A call to action on a website can be used this holiday season for users who are looking to purchase Christmas presents to find the best possible, valued products or services for their friends and family.

Do you have happy customers? Has your company recieved positive online reviews? Are they shared/posted on your website and social media platforms? If not, you are missing out on the opportunity to increase the rate of Organic Traffic coming onto your website and customer satisfaction level.

How important are reviews?
When someone clicks on a review, it directs the visitor to the source of where a customer invested their time to leave a positive comment about their experience with the company. The reviews are live 24/7 and can be visible online and accessed around the world to different potential clients. When a customer writes a new review, it is automatically added and shown on the company website. This helps enforce the reputation of the company online to potential clients and leads the customers to gain more trust about the company/s services and products.

How can reviews be shown on a company website?
Reviews can be added to the footer on the website so they can be shown on every page the client visits on the website. Star ratings and comments customers have published can enforce and repeatedly mind the clients of the high level of rating customers have expressed about the companies products and services that have been published before.
Happy customers... More positive reviews… More recommendations… More sales...

When companies are asking their clients to leave a review for their services/products, they are prompted to direct the client on the specific structure they need to follow to leave an effective and impactful review.

Some of the points that a client can endorse on a review can be as following: The problem that the customer faced The service/s the company offered to the client How the company helped them to solve the problem The overall experience of the customer received Asking the client ‘Would you recommend our services?’

Some review examples from different customers that have expressed their opinion about different companies are listed below:
1) ‘5*’ - A short, straightforward review - where the customer selects a designated star rating and does not include any context to what influenced their decision
2) “Great service, thank you so much for your help.” A quick, general but positive comment that does not describe the problem. Just a thankful note.
3) “I was in pain with my teeth and the company booked me in straight away, made me a priority and filled my teeth. I was so happy and finally relieved from my pain! Would definitely recommend it!”. A descriptive review that is an excellent example where the customer included important keywords and expressed their case study.

Other potential clients may be in the same situation as the story and this can influence them and undertake their final decision based on the review as they relate to the story and problem of the previous client. The third review can influence other potential clients decisions to purchase from the company.
This review structure can build a reputation about the company, products/services, a new connection with the customers permanently with other customers.

Customers can also ‘like’ and ‘comment’ on another customer's review also expressing ‘How helpful’ their review was and how it impacted their decision to purchase a product or service from the company.
