Management and Team Leaders meeting on the 6th of November 2021
AI.Marketing management representative and team Leaders had a meeting on Tuesday, the 6th of November 2021.
The major points of the meeting were as follows:
1. The company has fixed an issue related to the payment processing module that was damaged during a night update on 27th of October. The payment module is responsible for correct cashback withdrawals and does not allow for the double transactions. We re-wrote some of the code to normalize the workflow. All sales and cashback data that have taken place since the site was updated is safe.
2. The company recommended temporarily not to withdraw Cashback previously, as the return of unprocessed payment orders to accounts would take a long time. Users kept creating withdrawal requests that were not processed by the payment module. We are forming unprocessed payments lists and developing a mechanism to return all the unprocessed payments back to the accounts.
3. The company planned to start withdrawing current payments before unprocessed payments are returned to accounts. Unfortunately, the verification mechanism built into the payment module does not allow processing of payment # 100 for example before the payment # 99 is paid. This mechanism is at the heart of all the logic of the payment module and was created to maintain the sequence of payments.
So, we will resume the cashback payments in for steps:
- forming unprocessed payments lists and developing a mechanism to return all the unprocessed payments back to the accounts (current stage)
- disabling cashback withdrawals
- refunding unprocessed cashback payments
- enabling cashback withdrawals
4. Advertising campaigns are still launched with a delay (10days) since some of the resources of the marketing department are working hard to verify all cashback accounts involved. It took more time than we expected but you need to remember that we have over 10 000 accounts. We are confident that the timing of the advertising campaigns launch will be restored as soon as the verification issue is closed.
5. More than 300,000 KYC forms have been completed to get cashback cards. But not everything is so good. The “joker” users upload selfies, pictures, dick-picks and kittens instead of documents. The card issuer returned all the documents to us due to the poor quality of the base. The IT team is redoing the logic of document processing, so the documents are pre-checked by our operators before being sent for the KYC procedure. And this is time too.

7. We are approached by users with a request to comment on some clone-sites that have appeared on the Internet. Users think that those websites pose a threat to us. We looked at these websites and were amazed at the squalor and unprofessionalism of the forgeries.
For example: They stole the text of our User Agreement, changed the company name and jurisdiction (England and Wales) but at the end of the agreement they left a mention of the applicable right of Hong Kong and arbitration in Hong Kong and so on. A very "sad" job we have to say. We also got information from our users that some of our Leaders are involved in those “projects”. We do not believe that these companies represent something serious and do not intend to try to counter them in any way. Time will put everything in its place.
