5 years of FITZ YOU Agency 🥂✨
Now before anyone says it… yes, this anniversary actually happened back at the end of last year and yes, it’s now June 😭😂
I originally planned for these photos to be part of a cute little end-of-year wrap up post for 2025 [UK Edition]… but somehow the end of 2025/beginning of 2026 turned into the busiest season we’ve ever had to date as an agency (which we are not complaining about!)
Between collaborating with some amazing brands across activations and social campaigns, managing exciting campaigns behind the scenes, UGC, travelling, and supporting our creators and public figures through such a huge period of growth, socials definitely ended up taking a bit of a back seat for us for a while.
Over the last few months we’ve also taken intentional time to restructure internally, improve processes, and build an even stronger foundation moving forward - all with the goal of continuing to support our creators in the best way possible as FITZ YOU continues to grow across the UK and Middle East.
Sometimes the less “visible” work behind the scenes ends up being the most important 🤍
What a rollercoaster these last 5 years have been. So many highs, lessons, stressful moments, exciting moments, and so many proud moments too. While it definitely hasn’t always been easy, it’s been so fulfilling watching creators and public figures grow, build long-term careers, and achieve the dream brand partnerships they once spoke about wanting, in our strategy meetings.
The core of FITZ YOU has always been relationships, trust, and genuinely caring about the people we work with. Seeing our creators win, grow in confidence, and achieve things they deserve is honestly what keeps us going every single day.
We also wouldn’t be here without every creator past/present, brand, client, supporter, friend, and team member who has been part of this journey over the years. Thank you for trusting us, believing in us, collaborating with us, and continuing to support FITZ YOU as we grow 🥹
5 years down… and we truly feel like we’re only just getting started.
