If your work makes you tired, so much so that at times you wonder if you should just get back to a 9-5 gig?

Hear me out!

The thing about is that if you don't separate the from the work, it will eat you up inside.

It's 2022 and there is information overload.

To add value?
We all think that to know something is to download a big checklist

To build a business?
We think of learning more. More . Being more . Putting more hours of into your business.

And in the end, we all get overworked.

What we all need to start doing is measuring all our actions.

Focus on doing things as an experiment and learn whether they work or not.

By all your actions not only do you become more assertive over time but also, it humbles you!

Start by having a little book of actions at your business. And you will build a business focusing on what works.

What doesn't work, will be even more valuable as you will stop wasting time on other peoples' noise and advice.

My was 8 years when I thought I needed more time or to be more productive to deal with 12 client accounts. Only to realize that all my colleagues were managing 3 only...each...

📕🖋️ this week while closing a large contract, the customer said:

"- we love your process! all others we spoke had great ideas.
- But yours made more sense because we could see your process and the outcome!"

now, over the past few months i have been obsessing over ongoing feedback. whether it is a project, an image, or anything in-between, my goal is to make this a .

i've gone back 5 years, checking all emails about sales. i looked at the successes and failures and the truth is:

sometimes the action plan wasn't clear, after exchanging ideas with the customer. So the project got shelved.

YES! Customers will mess up with your process because communication, is a two way street.

our needs and wants will be different from the clients. or will have a different naming in their heads.

Who knows? Customers might had been telling me all along that sometimes the process wasn't clear. I just didn't listen to them.

But the outcome is that we need to find processes so that our creativity doesn't lead us back to square 0.
We all have great ideas. But only some build the path of where they're going.

and it is easy to get carried away...it's happening as i am typing this post 😜. i have a process but because i'm sharing something personal to you...it got lost. But now it's found!
