You're spending too much time making your audience AWARE of their problems, that they likely already know are present (because why else are they following therapists like you!!!???)

☁️They'll be aware if they're operating in levels of depression, anxiety, fear day to day, and making them aware, and sharing the same tips you see every other therapist post, only gives them the incentive to save and NOT take action.

Building beyond awareness content is where you fill in the missing puzzle pieces that create the sense of independent action from your clients, to go from following and saving your content, to stepping fully inside your world (and your therapy space)

These are tweaks I've made in a range of clients that have worked with me in the therapy space, because people want to work with people - not robots.

The more you can share and provide beyond awareness, the bigger the connection you create with your audience (as parasocial as it sounds)

But this truly is what your audience needs to feel, in order to trust you and feel a sense of safety to bare their issues openly in 1:1 sessions.

But that’s not how it works!!!

Your ideal clients don’t care about what deliverables, how many hand outs, how many pages, how many topics, how many qualifications you have; they care whether you can provide the transformation, the solution, the emotional relief they’re craving on the other side of your offer. 🚨🚨🚨

and it’s most defintely NOT because your offer is pure wuuubbishhh🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️ it’s that you’re positioning it completely wrong!!!!

🥴So whilst it may provide value to your audience, it isn’t speaking to the emotional layers that are hiding underneath waiting to be activated, to create the “I need this right now” feeling of trust that fuels every link click, every lead and every booked call.
