Five years of 🔶🟥🔵


Still one of the smartest drinks experiences in London. Built around Bauhaus principles of form and function, the bar has become known for its stripped-back approach to cocktails, precision-led service and almost obsessive attention to detail — from replacing martini glasses with fresh frozen ones every seven minutes, to using lab-grade equipment more commonly found in chemistry settings to distil, clarify and refine flavour.

Five years in, and they’re still pushing cocktail making somewhere few bars are willing to go.
