Keren and Rosemary went to meet our lovely client Abby from Willa Phonenix at Fischers in Marylebone and took a few snaps with Abby after long deep chats!

I highly recommend the Kaisershmarn which is an Austrian shredded pancake dish Keren first tried on ski trips!

Keren’s friend Rosemary is featured too here as she has been representing Willa Phoenix at the Berlin Film Festival and confirms how comfortable the shoes are which is unusual as they are also very beautiful and elegant high heels!

Playing with new tools is part of how Top Left Design keeps growing. ⁠

So here’s a little experiment (Keren explains)⁠

Ok, here’s what I did:⁠
⁠
Back in early AI days, I used Krea.ai’s logo illusion feature to “reimagine” our TLD logo in different worlds – fields, sloths, cityscapes, mountains, jungle vines – while keeping the core shape recognisable. ⁠
⁠
Then, Krea.ai discontinued this feature, so I created new ones with Reface and used Canva’s Magic Expand to adjust the eyes to be in roughly the same position.⁠
⁠
And more recently, I dropped the images into Templify to create this 25‑second logo morph video.⁠
⁠
So it’s taken 2 years essentially!⁠

​It’s not a polished brand ad. ⁠
⁠
It’s me testing, learning, and sharing the process in public – because the more we explore, the better we get at helping clients stand out online!

We have been trialling .app this week and used it to showcase some of the bespoke sites we’ve built at Top Left Design.

For a quick trial, it was important that Keren could use screenshots she already had on her phone!

This is what ties them together energetically.

Every business has a different personality, so every site we build has a different soul.

We bring out something special which we call “unique greatness”

The continuous scrolling effect is a metaphor for how we help our clients long term - beyond the website launch!

Keren met up with Caroline at Soho House Greek Street to celebrate the launch of the Hybrid Flowers (follow .flowers) website which looks amazing.

The site is a product of close collaboration with Caroline, and perfectly matches visual beauty while communicating this amazing company’s track record, service and experience across London’s iconic venues and businesses who care about their team’s happiness.

Pictures aren’t allowed there but fun was had, and yummy food was eaten - the mac and cheese, taco bowl and the signature picantes. All recommended!

Attilee was one of Keren’s earliest clients when she worked at the University of Westminster and came to Top Left Design ca 2003 for work on their website.

This started a friendship that has lasted ever since! Attilee hasn’t lived in London for the last decade or so but today there was a happy reunion.

Plus we got to try the local Apple Butter restaurant (we have the WiFi code now and we will return for the pancakes next time)
