Description: This is a series of projects developed for the marketing and presentation of residential developments across Germany, ranging from private townhouses to large-scale apartment communities.

Challenges: the main challenge of these projects was not only to highlight the beauty and distinctive character of German architectural design, but also to carefully showcase how naturally and successfully each development integrates into its existing urban and landscape surroundings.

As the production process began during winter, even though we had the advantage of working with drone photos to achieve a more authentic atmosphere and accurate environmental integration, as anyone familiar with the region knows, winter there can often feel grey, cold, and visually heavy. A significant part of the artistic work therefore focused on transforming these conditions into warm, vibrant, and inviting summer imagery while still maintaining realism and architectural credibility.

Collaboration: From the very beginning, communication with this partner team was exceptionally smooth and built on mutual understanding and trust. This allowed us to achieve the final results within only 1-2 rounds of minor refinements – something truly rare

Description: Project in Riyadh is a large-scale residential community in Saudi Arabia that blends contemporary urban living with elements of traditional Saudi architecture, creating a unique identity that reflects both modernity and local cultural heritage. It is a premium residential community offering elegant apartments and villas, together with carefully designed amenities and services that support a comfortable and modern family lifestyle.

Challenge: The main challenge in visualizing this project was not so much interpreting a strictly defined design, as the client was open to our creative input, but rather creating the right atmosphere — one that combines Arabic luxury with a sense of modern lightness and freshness.

As the project is aimed primarily at local residents, our main goal was to create imagery that would immediately capture their attention and evoke a strong emotional connection and desire to be part of the space.

Collaboration: Since this was one of the first large-scale projects with this partner, both sides had to stay flexible and adaptive to achieve the best possible result and reach our shared goals. At the same time, this experience helped us build a smooth and enjoyable workflow that strengthened our partnership and made all future collaborations with the team much more efficient and comfortable.

Description: A large-scale modern urban development designed as a continuous green and active place, combining recreation and public spaces. That aims to enhance quality of life by integrating healthy, community-focused environments into the urban fabric.

Challenge: The only minor challenge during the project was testing different viewing angles in the early stages in order to best highlight both the Arabic character of the design and its modern urban aesthetic.

Collaboration: Overall, the project went very smoothly, largely thanks to our extensive experience working with Arabic architectural projects and partners, which helped us stay aligned and understand the vision from the very beginning.

During this project, we focused on quality, mood, and storytelling to deliver a truly immersive and refined visual experience. With a stronger cinematic approach, dynamic pacing, and carefully built atmosphere, we believe this work represents a new level in our animation production.

Client: Morris Adjmi Architects
Location: New York, USA
Year: 2025

Description: The project focused on developing a modern, stylish Union State lobby and co-working space for one of the company’s U.S. offices.

Challenge: The key design focus was on a unique interplay of light, as well as the natural look and feel of the wood materials. This wasn’t just a design preference — it was the main area where we concentrated our efforts, as these two elements were meant to give the space its distinctive character and raisin.

Collaboration: This was a pilot project in collaboration with this partner. The production process went quite smoothly overall, and we’re looking forward to further refining this space, as well as the rest of the areas - as the concept continues to evolve.
