Caro Communications

Caro Communications Caro Communications is a PR agency with more than 20 years’ experience working across architecture, design, retail and culture sectors. We deliver results.

We’re deliberately not huge, and we like it that way. Truly, bigger isn’t always better. Our 20-strong team is large enough to think big, but small enough to always deliver on service. We’re nimble, and our clients never feel like cogs in a machine. London-based, our reach is international with affiliations in New York, Paris, Milan, Beijing, Rio and Moscow. We build and sustain profiles no matter

what size your business, whether it’s for global brands, individual designers, architects, property developers or cultural institutions. We curate and manage events, and have been instrumental in bringing some of London’s brightest design and architecture destinations to fruition. We sit at the core of the design community and believe that great design has the power to effect change. Put simply, we want to help talented companies communicate their message to the widest possible audience.

The latest .space talk tackled an issue close to home for many workers around the world: 'Why the modern workspace is making us sick - and how to fix it.' We gathered the leading voices in workplace design to share their tips on how to break bad design rules, beat burnout and - ultimately - retain talent.

We led the campaign from concept to delivery, shaping the theme and title, curating a high-calibre speaker line-up, brokering a first-class media partnership with , and bringing the right guests into the room.

The result? A full house at the Clerkenwell showroom for an in-depth discussion that addressed what makes a happy workplace, strategies to reduce overstimulatation, and the power of better light, air and acoustic quality to foster more engaged and committed teams.

It was great to see guests and speakers trying out the Silen pods, experiencing first-hand how acoustic innovation shapes focus, wellbeing and productivity.

Huge thanks to Welltek for hosting the talk, to collaborators OnOffice, and to all the panellists: Will Nock , Daphne Yuanidis , Julian de Metz , Neil Jenkins and moderator Sonia Zhuravlyova
