We have not only created a distinctive personal style that is unrivaled and emphasizes the brand uniqueness, but we have also utilized the modern stack to create a website. This has made the process of vehicle ordering more convenient, eliminated unnecessary intermediaries, and established an order management system. It is much easier to get the desired result when you truly know your audience, including its pains and posting your content in the most convenient places for them. That is how you will find the most efficient form and the substance of interaction, you just need to map the TA of your choice with its motives and intersection points.

We should also not forget that the content appears at almost every stage of the sales funnel. The form of interaction with the TA is mostly driven by the chosen promotion strategy and the product features.

So, how come we got more than 150 leads for the product with an average check of $46.000?

We were asked by a company (no name due to NDA rules) to launch a brand-new product on the market, more specifically — contact center automation system.

The initial piece was to create a strategy, starting with analyzing the audience and identifying its pains and needs. As a fundamental hypothesis we decided to pick Employee Experience — a worker's perception about their journey through all the touchpoints with a particular employer. If a company shows concern for its employees, it definitely does inspire them to become more efficient and zealous.

Within this hypothesis, we highlighted a plethora of information trends and focused on the leading ones: employee burnout, the need for a staff psychologist, and staff turnover.

A narrow niche, sophisticated product and a quite stretched transaction cycle (around a year). After taking all these aspects into consideration, we’ve realized that the most effective way to achieve the goal is to spread the content around the contact centers niche as if it were the company itself, straight addressing the representatives of the contact centers.

It was necessary to create a multichannel communication strategy to meet all the ambitious challenges that we've posed in front of ourselves.

Initially, we’ve brought together the target audience. Next, we came up with the unified signature style, constructed all the required banners and headed up to launching targeted ads as well as working with the demands in contextual advertising.

The second phase was mostly about warming up the audience. At this point, we’ve launched email marketing, posted a bunch of expert content on various social media, alongside doing numbers of webinar with the client. As a matter of fact, these webinar hit the final and the highest note in all that hard-working symphony. They have drawn around 500 people.

It might be quite tough to promote a product if using just standart analytical models to collect information. How to know for sure which lead is most likely to close a deal? And this is where the Scoring Model comes into play.

So, what Scoring Model actually is and how does it work?

Basically, the Scoring Model is a working method of distributing potential clients that is built on their willingness to buy. Visually, it is a summary table, where one may find leads and various criteria by which to evaluate their readiness. Every presented client is given a score for conformance to each of the criteria, e.g., raw clicks, registration for the webinar, reading of any case or an article, the open rate, demo request — all these criteria should be parsed according to the marketing activities and then prioritized. The next step is to sum up the points and get the final score, which is essential to rank the leads in order of importance — that is how you will arrange the leads in terms of further communication.
