With the weather forecast set to be good all week, spring is truly in the air in London, and it only feels right to share some swicy serves from our fabulous client MONIN.

Introducing their latest Hot Honey syrup innovation, bringing the perfect fiery twist to your spring (and summer!) sipping…

Just a few of our favourite recipes below:

Hot Honey Margarita 🍸
Ingredients:
• 20ml MONIN Hot Honey syrup
• 100ml MONIN Margarita Mixer
• Scoop of ice
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender with a scoop of ice and blend for 10–15 seconds until smooth.
Pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish and serve.
Garnish:
Chilli

Hot Honey Lemonade 🍋
Ingredients:
• 20ml MONIN Hot Honey syrup
• 30ml MONIN Cloudy Lemonade concentrate
• 150ml still or sparkling water
• Scoop of ice
Method:
Add all ingredients to a glass filled with ice and stir to combine.
Garnish and serve.
Garnish:
Dehydrated lemon slice
