How to find out what people think of your brand 🧠 ✨

1. Surveys, Questionnaires and Focus Groups

Create surveys or questionnaires to collect feedback from your customers, employees, stakeholders, and even suppliers.

Ask how they perceive your brand, what associations they have with it, and what emotions it evokes.

This might seem like a thing of the past, but conducting focus groups with a representative sample of your target audience can be incredibly valuable. With video calls, it isn’t that hard to pull off!
