🍻Toast Ale make delicious beer using surplus grain from the bread industry. This saves on water and energy. ALL profits go to charity. 🍞

💚Dabbadrop are London’s first closed loop food delivery service. Delicious subscription curries that celebrate the healthy cuisine of South Asia and deliver via bike in reusable tiffin tins! Boom.

Shoot Day! 🎥✨

This is one of my favourite days of the month! A trip to London and a chance to hang IRL with my amazing client's.

In a day we cook, film and photograph all the delicious culinary content for the month ahead. And then we EAT IT! Joy.

Batch creating our reels makes content flow sooooo easily and keeps our strategy pumping! 🔥

So, you're posting regularly, you're cranking the reels, and you're showing up in your stories - but still, nobody's talkin? Tough crowd, you're thinking...😒

Want more engagement? You're going to have to work for it! Here are a few ways to show up and get the party started ~

🌞 spend 20 mins - 1/2 hour each day on active engagement
🍊 Use juicy 'call to actions' in your posts.
✌ Go through the people liking and commenting on your posts and have a peek at what they're up to. Leave a few likes and a nice juicy comment.
❤ Say hi to any new followers. Same again - spend a moment checking them out - drop them a DM if you're feeling super friendly!
😊 Engage with peoples stories
🔥 Engage with creators who inspire you or teach you something, or make you laugh! Show some love and appreciation.
✊ Only follow accounts that you genuinely care about and will be actively engaging with.
💃 Leave fully formed sentences in comments. Answer peoples call to action. Engage like you mean it!

And don't forget - building your following and raising your engagement rate isn't an overnight win. Like any genuine relationship, it takes time and effort.

In moments of panic, and probably while struggling through a wee bit of the ol' imposter syndrome; Emma has offered guidance and coaching that REALLY has given us the power to rise to the next level. 🔥

Her energy levels are off the hook, and her knowledge and generosity know no bounds. This Wonder Woman is pure gold - and we think she deserves a big round of applause and long-distance smooch! 🥰🙌🤗👏

is the mastermind behind . All-round good guy, brilliant engineer, and possibly the hardest working man in Lincolnshire - he's one of our favourite clients!

Created to encapsulate the feeling of zen a customer buys into when signing up to Glow's home services cover plans. This image took inspiration from The Karate Kid and Mr Miyagi's back garden!

and I work together to craft these ADs, and it is SO MUCH FUN! We've been fortunate to snag a client like Jack, not only is he a bloody super duper awesome human; he's also allowed us a VERY free reign in terms of creative autonomy. A rare and much appreciated treat.

Shout out to all the open-minded biz owners out there - willing to trust in their creatives! Who else has a frickin' awesome client they want to shout about?

It's so i’d like to throw a lil’ shout out to my creative wing-women and 🥰 who are both INCREDIBLY kind 🤗

How lucky I am to consider these cool, creative AF, cramazing and ridiculously kind humans my friends and bizzz partners in crime.

Right now, we all need to be perpetrating as much love-giving, kindness spreading and compassion sprinkling as we can muster.

I had a ba***ag of a week just gone, and my compadres kicked in with unbridled love and turbo charged wingwomanship.

🔥Burn out. The struggle is real! How's everyone else doing? Emoji us how you're feeling right now 😴😁💀👹🌻

Freelancing is fantastic in SO many ways - however, it can be incredibly hard to set boundary lines.

From 9-5 partners perceiving your life as one continuing sparkle spa day, to clients emailing at 11.30 pm - without careful wrangling, the freelance life can slowly and insidiously SUCK THE LIFE OUT OF YOUR WARM HUMAN BODY 💀

SO! When one begins to feel as though one is unravelling, and screaming into a pillow is the current method of communication - it's VITALLY imported to step back and give yourself a bloody break.

PLUS - remind yourself that too much work and not enough time is a good thing! A. You have work and B. It means you can order your priorities as you wish! 👍

Big love you beautiful people. Now it's time for biscuits 🥰
