📈 Sometimes the numbers tell the story better than we can.
Here's what happened when we took an ecommerce client's funnel apart and rebuilt the fundamentals.
We went in, tore apart the basics, and fixed what was quietly killing their revenue.
Broken tracking. Friction in the checkout flow. Product pages that weren't converting. An analytics setup that was hiding the real drop-off points, so nobody even knew where the leaks were.
Once you can see the problem clearly, fixing it is the straightforward part.
The results compounded fast:
• Sessions: 12,225 → 41,100 (+236%)
• Add to Cart: 3,313 → 25,400 (+667%)
• Checkout: 691 → 2,900 (+320%)
• Purchases: 91 → 570 (+526%)
More sessions finding their way to cart. More carts making it to checkout. More checkouts turning into actual purchases.
Notice the pattern: the gains get *bigger* further down the funnel. That's not luck. When you fix friction at every stage, the improvements stack on top of each other. A healthier top of funnel feeding a healthier middle feeding a healthier bottom.
