One of the biggest business lessons I learned did not come from a course.
It came from helping turn around a failing café.
The business was closed, in debt, and struggling.
I had never worked in hospitality before.
But I could see what was wrong.
Not just in the numbers.
In the positioning, presentation, and missed opportunity.
We improved the branding.
Changed the approach.
Focused energy in the right places.
Stayed consistent.
Over time, we turned it profitable.
Then sold it at a profit too.
That experience taught me this:
Sometimes growth is not about doing more.
It is about seeing more clearly.
