We're thrilled to have worked with the Italian Cultural Institute London on their latest exhibition, 'Fosco Maraini. Photographs by a Citluvit', providing Giclée Printing and Bespoke Framing services.

"FOSCO MARAINI. PHOTOGRAPHS BY A CITLUVIT is the first solo exhibition dedicated to Maraini in the UK, with 70 photographic prints providing an overview of this extraordinary Italian intellectual, curated by Lara Veroner and Sandra Romito.

Ethnologist, writer, mountaineer and academic. Fosco Maraini travelled extensively in Europe, Middle East and Asia from the late 1920s onwards, studying several cultures and populations, the Ama and Ainu communities in Japan for instance, participating in remarkable mountain expeditions, such as the Karakoram excursion of the 1950s, and documenting his life and works through the medium of photography.

This exhibition will include portraits of the people Maraini met and the communities he studied alongside the photographs of places he visited in his countless travels. As an enthusiastic mountaineer and climber, a section of the show is dedicated to the mountains and their landscape. All the pictures have the original worldview of a Citluvit, which means Cittadino della Luna in Visita d’Istruzione sulla Terra (Citizen of the Moon on a Study Visit to Earth), as Maraini liked to describe himself. This show is a celebration of Maraini’s peculiar representation of reality through tangible and abstract photographic shoots."

We’re delighted to share a recent commission we produced for artist Cyrus Mahboubian at 101 St Martin’s Lane, located just beside Trafalgar Square in Central London.

Cyrus’ practice often explores the space between representation and abstraction, bringing together cut-and-combined Polaroid photographs captured during meditative walks in nature. For this project, he expanded that intimate aesthetic to a larger scale, creating a series of works that draw on the visual relationships between unrelated images from his archive. The result is a body of work that reflects on memory, stillness, and the ways our experiences of nature evolve over time.

Titled ‘An Expression of Desire’ (2025), the series comprises four archival pigment prints on Hahnemühle paper, each featuring hand-painted acrylic detail.

We are excited to share the work of Photography at Nottingham Trent University graduate, Luke Chell. Luke was the recipient of the 2024 Genesis Bursary Award, which provided £1000 credit towards our services, put towards printing a series of 28 images for their exhibition 'I will not shrink to be easier to swallow'.

The exhibition focuses on self-portrait works that explore gender and its intersection with mental health. Driven by the ongoing culture war surrounding the rights of trans and gender non-conforming individuals, now more than ever, they felt a sense of self-empowerment to be raw and fully authentic with viewers about their own trans experience in hopes of standing as a living protest against these retractions of rights.

'I will not shrink to be easier to swallow' was previously on display in Nottingham Trent University's Bonnington Atrium until 05th December 2025, and will be moving to Nottingham's Broadway Cinema Gallery in February 2026.

Some beautiful new images are now live on our wonderful client Tim Barker’s website. This one is 'Horizon. Caribbean Sea', available as an edition of 8 at 150 x 83 cm, printed by us!

Tim Barker is a London-based photographer with a career spanning commercial portraiture and advertising since the early 1990s. His seascape series is a slower, more considered counterpoint to the pace of modern commercial imaging, exploring the ocean’s shifting moods through symmetry, colour and composition. Working with medium-format equipment, he creates highly detailed archival prints designed to be lived with, encouraging viewers to pause, slow down, and look more closely.
