Last week we celebrated the launch of the Andy Earl x Bankside Yards exhibition with a fantastic opening event.

The three-month exhibition is now open inside one of ’s restored Victorian railway arches, featuring 40 works by acclaimed photographer, filmmaker and artist Andy Earl - a career-spanning showcase of the iconic figures he has worked with over four decades, from Sir David Attenborough and Johnny Cash to Madonna, Pink Floyd, Mick Jagger, The Rolling Stones, and Robbie Williams.

The exhibition also marks a truly historic moment: the opening of these Victorian arches to the public for the first time in over 150 years - a landmark step in Bankside Yards’ journey to becoming London’s newest mixed-use cultural district on the South Bank.

Entry is free - head to Eventbrite to register your tickets.
Open Wednesday–Sunday, 12pm–7pm at Arch 10, 250 Blackfriars Road, SE1.

Meet Radiant Earth: WGSN and Coloro’s Colour of the Year for 2028. A warm, clay-like burnt red-orange described as a ”reliable yet assertive neutral”, it’s a shade that feels deeply considered for the moment we’re in.

Grounding, tactile and quietly confident, it’s the kind of colour that works beautifully alongside natural materials, raw ceramics and architectural joinery.

Last week we joined our PR partners and friends, China-specialist communications agency , for a brilliant event celebrating Chinese New Year alongside leaders from London’s real estate, finance, architecture, design and culture sectors.

Guests enjoyed live Chinese music, a mesmerizing lion dance performance, and bespoke calligraphy bookmarks, each inscribed onsite with personalised New Year wishes. The evening also offered the chance to explore Opus and experience the thoughtful design and riverside living these next-generation apartments offer.

It was a wonderful evening of celebration and tradition and a pleasure to see so many join in marking the occasion at Bankside Yards. Here’s to a promising Year of the Horse for Opus ahead.

”The homeowner loves wellness and celebration in equal measure - as we all should,” says of this striking Chelsea residence.

Portia and her team completed a full renovation and redesign, transforming the property into a modern, light-filled home with bespoke interiors, structural changes, and a newly excavated basement.

Always a pleasure to see design explored with real depth and intention.

Thank you to and for featuring .domi’s head of design, Matthew Andrews’ response to this month’s client brief in the Drawing Board. Matthew’s work beautifully demonstrates what can be achieved through careful spatial planning, considered detail, and true craftsmanship, made even more rewarding by how strongly the client connected with the design.

It’s especially encouraging to see editorial that champions process as much as outcome, celebrating the quiet rigour behind well-resolved design.

One thing that caught our attention this week was the announcement of the 2026 designer for the Serpentine Pavilion.

Year on year, the Pavilion operates at a human scale while opening onto larger questions of materiality, climate, public space, and architectural performance beyond permanence. This year takes that brief at its word.

For 2026, Mexican studio has been selected, with a proposal that embraces the brief in its most literal sense: a flowing, serpentine form titled Serpentine.

We’re looking forward to visiting in June!
