Your reminder that hard work pays off.

The late nights, insanely early starts pays off. The dates you’ve had to cancel on, the friends you’ve had to let down for the third time, because you are absolutely exhausted, but unapologetically determined to build a name for yourself. Your passion, your constant drive to want to know more, surround yourself with people more experienced that you, more knowledgable that you. It’s pays off.

Putting yourself out there, pays off. Difference energies attract different energies & it is totally ok & a good thing, to NOT be for everybody.

After the most intensely stressful 48 hours & doing my best to show up for clients, I had a message came through. From someone whose energy lights up an entire room the minute she walks in. Last night I signed with ✨

“You can achieve anything, you just have to want it enough” my very first PT interview told me that & it’s stayed me with ever since.

It pays off, keep going ♥️

We are looking for a female case study aged 25 to 35 who has had a baby/ child in recent years or months. This is to join us on a leading mainstream TV show that my client is now part of. Ive been talking to The Independent about squatters taking over San Lorenzo (next door to our client Tracie Giles on Beauchamp Place in Knightsbridge)

We still get a-list celebrities and royalty into Tracie Giles and used to take them to eat and drink at San Lorenzo (Princess Diana's favourite restaurant)

Today we have more press interviews taking place discussing who we have in the Tracie Giles clinic and who we used to take into San Lorenzo 💕
