i feel incredibly lucky looking back at the opportunities I have been presented + the places I get to experience

i’ve met some of the most incredible people and even moved in with one of them. Shoutout Tabs.

it’s a birthday.

I 💜 my job.

In July I started working with a brand new skin clinic client based in Highgate, North London and we’ve been having the most FUN. Together we have:

⭐️ Created a carefully crafted brand book

⭐️ Aligned marketing with larger business goals

⭐️ Planned & *in the process of* delivering an organic growth strategy across TikTok & Instagram

⭐️ Designed & delivered website

⭐️ Had content shooting days

⭐️ Implemented a gifted influencer marketing plan

⭐️ Discussed long term marketing commitments & campaigns

… and so much more.

I’m BIG on problem solving. 🦫

So one of my favourite things to do is to strategically utilise all of nooks & crannies of marketing whilst keeping my clients budget at the forefront. 🤓

skipping away from my responsibilities 🏃🏼‍♀️

Every time I sit down and try to schedule posts for this account, my mind goes to 16 other places.

That’s pretty normal though. I work with clients social media accounts all day everyday - and when it comes to my own business account it’s hard to prioritise time in the week.

I love my job and am extremely passionate about what I do, BUT I also understand in a creative role that some time away does wonders for the 🧠

SO

… there’s lots of fresh opportunities lingering around urbn at the moment and it wouldn’t be very Leah of me to not post about them, so I’m putting it out in the universe:

Today is international women’s day.

Growing up I was called bossy

Because I knew how to lead a room

Because I understand what it took to take hold of a situation

Because I could lead people to listen

And in every situation I was reminded that it was my job to simply sit, listen and do.

Whilst the boys in the playground were praised as “leaders” for having the exact same attributes.

To the incredible women who are “too bossy” or “too much”…
